When not swinging swords, SooHoo is a multimedia artist working in miniature diorama, fine art painting, live projection for music shows, and production art for feature films. He currently teaches drawing at Loyola Marymount University and has taught art to students of all ages and experience levels for over ten years. In 2025, SooHoo launched Relic Lanterns, a small business offering sword-inspired, hand-crafted LED sculptures. As a vendor, sponsor, and host of SoCal Swordfight’s first visual arts workshop – SooHoo is excited to share his passion for fantasy artmaking with the HEMA community.
