Shipping policy

SoCal Swordfight's Shipping Policy is quite simple -- We do not ship. If you are purchasing an event t-shirt or other Swag product from the site for SoCal Swordfight 2026, it will be delivered to you within 30 days of your purchase, and shipped directly to you from our production and fulfillment partner (in time for the event). If you purchase an event t-shirt within 30 days of the event, you will need to pick it up when you arrive at SoCal Swordfight 2026.

All event and tournament registrations will be delivered electronically. 

If for some reason you are unable to pick an ordered item up at the event we will make arrangement to ship your items to you.

Once registration for the event has closed, products may become available for sale, depending on inventory, at which time we will revise this shipping policy.
