Joe has been practicing HEMA since 2011 and instructing since 2013. With a focus on sword and buckler and the historical and social context of combat and violence. With an interest in Bolognese and other Italian renaissance becoming more and more a focus, he has been teaching locally with his club Einhorn. He is most proud of the fencers Einhorn has produced and the community it has enriched.
